One of the most important parts of our work are the completion of full credit checks on a perspective tenant. It’s imperative that the tenants we locate for you have a good credit rating and are able to demonstrate their ability to pay the rent. All Moovahome tenants are fully referenced via the market leader Homelet to include the following:

• Landlord Reference
• CCJ Check (County Court Judgement)
• Bankruptcy Check
• Employer Reference
• Affordability Check

After we have these back and are satisfied, we will also complete a Right to Rent check to ensure the tenants are legally allowed to rent a UK based home. This check became a legal requirement for lettings in early 2016 (See our ‘Guide to Lettings’ for more information).
