Moovahome are able to advise on all aspects of the lettings business. This includes working with landlords who are just starting out in the property investment field, to working with landlords who own numerous properties, whose portfolios we have managed since the start of Moovahome .

Meet the Team
Started Moovahome in 2003, Ashley has built the company by setting very high standards on all aspects of the business with particular attention to outstanding customer service, attention to detail and first class communication to all current clients and potential new business whether it be Landlords or tenants. Ashley is also a Director of many block management companies in Swindon as well as being a member of the Property Advisory Group that works with Swindon Council on their property firstname.lastname@example.org
Kim joined the team in 2017, coming from a customer service background. Kim carries out property inspections, viewings with new tenants and responds to maintenance requests. Kim is currently on a 3 month travelling break, taking in Australia before returning to Moovahome.email@example.com
Alex joined the Moovahome team in 2013 fresh from successfully completing a business degree at University. Alex's main focus at Moovahome is site visits including inspections, viewings and getting the properties ready for tenants to move in. Alex works at the front end of the company alongside Michelle, Karolina and Hannah. Alex also can advise on property valuations and purchases on the BTL side of Moovahome .firstname.lastname@example.org
Pauline started working for Moovahome in 2009, bringing with her an invaluable 30 years' experience in a variety of accounts related roles in the Swindon area. Pauline works alongside our companies accountant and has overall control of the day to day processing of rents, working closely with landlords/tradesman and email@example.com
15 years after the owner met Ali through working within the lettings industry, Ali finally agreed to join the Moovahome team in 2018, bringing with her a wardrobe of corporate colours! Ali carries out viewings and inspections on our portfolio, with her bubbly personality shining firstname.lastname@example.org
Hannah joined the Moovahome team in 2015 following the completion of her degree. Hannah then left to travel the world in 2018, returning in 19 to temporarily cover Kim's travelling break. Hannah is on hand to help tenants with maintenance issues, as well as organising the staffs email@example.com
Heather joined the Moovahome team in 2019 to do a full apprenticeship as an Accounts Administrator. Coming from working in a customer service role, Heather wanted to join our Company as she felt she could excel in our place of firstname.lastname@example.org
